About the accommodation
The bright and modern 3-room holiday flat on the 1st floor with south-west facing balcony is suitable for both short and longer-term stays for up to 4 people - whether you are exploring the Lake Constance region or visiting the trade fair.
You can reach the flat barrier-free.
An underground car park is available for your car. Please note the maximum entry height of 2 metres. There is also free public parking on the street.
Bicycle parking spaces are available in the underground car park and a covered parking space outside on the property.
Rooms:
- Open-plan living and dining area with sofa, fully equipped kitchenette and dining table for 4 people.
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed 180x200 and two single mattresses (90x200) as well as a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed 140x200 and a single mattress as well as a height-adjustable table and office swivel chair.
- The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bathtub, shower and washing machine.
The air conditioning is installed in the living and dining area and also cools the bedrooms sufficiently when the doors are open.

Buses run every 10 minutes to Friedrichshafen city centre (Friedrichshafen city transport lines 13, 14, 15, 16).
The bus stop ‘Rheinstraße’ is approx. 550 metres away (Stadtverkehr Friedrichshafen line 5).

The holiday flat is conveniently located about halfway between the shores of Lake Constance (old town) and the village of Ailingen.
