House rules
Dear guests,
We would like to welcome you to our holiday accommodation and wish you an eventful and relaxing stay!
With our accommodation we would like to offer you the basis for carefree and relaxing days. To ensure that this is always possible, it is essential that our guests know and comply with the house rules. With your booking, you accept these house rules and ensure that you and all fellow travellers comply with them. We thank you in advance for your co-operation!
If you have any questions about these house rules, please contact us using the contact details provided.
REST PERIODS
In our holiday accommodation, the public rest periods, such as midday and Sunday rest, must be observed. Out of consideration and in the interest of being a good neighbor, nighttime peace must also be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. every day. In order to avoid further disturbances, room volume must be maintained.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in our holiday accommodation or in the entire building. Please go outside and use an ashtray there. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette butts in the residual waste. If there are burn marks or holes, please report this to us immediately. The repair costs for the damage incurred are to be borne by you as the tenant.
INTERNET
In our holiday accommodation you have free internet access for Freifunk Bodensee. It is an open WLAN without encryption. Use with the intention of violating the law or even criminal offenses is prohibited. Use of this Internet access is at your own risk. We assume no liability for any of your activities on the Internet.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartment.
VISITORS
If visitors also stay overnight in the holiday accommodation, you must register them with us in advance. Visitors can register by phone or email. Costs of EUR 30.00 are then due per visitor and overnight stay. The visitors must then also adhere to these house rules.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
Events and parties are strictly prohibited in our holiday apartment. Any meeting of several people in our holiday accommodation must meet the relevant conditions of these house rules.
WASTE SEPARATION AND DISPOSAL
Since we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to separate the waste in our holiday accommodation as well. Appropriate disposal options for organic waste, paper, plastic, residual waste and glass are available to you. There are also new garbage bags in the holiday accommodation, which you should use if necessary. Also, never throw leftover food, rubbish or toiletries down the toilet or other drains. Only dispose of your rubbish in the designated containers.
SECURITY
For safety reasons, all entrance doors to the holiday accommodation must always be kept closed. In addition, all entrance doors must be locked with the key when leaving the house. The windows must also be closed when leaving the holiday accommodation. In terms of fire protection, it is also important to ensure that the escape routes are not blocked. Heating, lights and other devices should also always be switched off if they are not being used. This also applies to electrical devices.
Outside area / balcony
Outdoor items, such as parasols or similar, must be closed in strong winds and overnight to prevent damage and to ensure your safety.

Barbecues are not permitted in the holiday accommodation or on the balcony. Contact us to find out other barbecue areas.

The use of the children's playground on the property is permitted for children up to 12 years and is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. The playground equipment must be checked for its load-bearing capacity by the tenant before use.

Any damage occurring in the holiday accommodation must be reported to us as soon as possible. We cannot accept damage that is only determined after your departure. If the damage is minor, such as a broken glass, we will replace it. However, you as the tenant are liable for major damage to the equipment or the holiday accommodation. To avoid damage, please refrain from moving furniture and other potential hazards.
KEY / ACCESS
Upon arrival you will receive two keys for the holiday accommodation. Please never give out the keys. If you lose the keys, report this to us immediately.
